2020 marks the 100th anniversary of the passage of the
19th Amendment—guaranteeing and protecting women's constitutional right to
vote. In celebration of this anniversary, Kären Mason, Iowa Women’s
Archives Curator, will talk about the history of women’s suffrage in Iowa,
drawing on items in the Iowa Women’s Archives that shed light on suffrage.
